Welcome to Amvin. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services provided by Amvin (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an individually operated business based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. Products & Orders

We sell soft diatomaceous earth bath mats. All product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen displays the exact color or texture of the product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping & Handling

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days.

  • Delivery Estimates:

  • Canada: Approximately 5-10 business days
  • International: Approximately 10-15 business days (varies by country)

We currently ship internationally, with a focus on English-speaking regions.

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays due to customs, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind (Size or Color)

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in brand-new condition.
  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Defective Products

  • You must report defects within 14 days of delivery to: info@amvin.ca
  • Please include photo or video evidence of the defect.
  • Once approved, we will send a replacement bath mat at no extra shipping cost.

We reserve the right to reject refund or replacement requests if the returned product does not meet the stated conditions.

5. Age Restrictions

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including product images, logos, text, and graphics) is the property of Amvin and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from the misuse of our products.
  • Diatomaceous earth materials are safe for external use, but Amvin bath mats are not intended for consumption or use on broken skin.
  • Results may vary. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amvin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
