  • Order Handling Time:
    All orders are processed and packaged within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
  • Order Confirmation & Tracking:
    Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

💵 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or bundled purchases. These offers will be clearly stated on the website.

🌐 Customs & Import Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
  • Amvin is not responsible for delays or costs incurred due to customs processing.

📦 Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

  • If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Contact your local delivery carrier
  3. Then reach out to us at info@amvin.ca

❌ Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, we will:

  • Contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
  • Or issue a refund minus the original shipping fee
