All orders are processed and packaged within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. -
Order Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

🌐 Customs & Import Duties
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
- Amvin is not responsible for delays or costs incurred due to customs processing.
📦 Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact your local delivery carrier
- Then reach out to us at info@amvin.ca
❌ Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, we will:
- Contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
- Or issue a refund minus the original shipping fee
