📦 Returns – Change of Mind
- We accept returns for unused and brand-new items if you're unsatisfied with your purchase due to reasons such as size, color, or personal preference.
✅ Eligibility:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
🚚 Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
💰 Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without prior email notification or beyond the 30-day return window.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products – Warranty Claims
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
✅ Warranty Eligibility:
- Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

🆕 Replacement Policy:
- Once your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement bath mat at no extra cost.
- No need to return the defective product unless otherwise instructed.
🔁 Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to change color or size, please initiate a return and place a new order.

- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

- Returned items must be received by us before a refund can be processed.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product.
